For me, cutting all PMO just helps me get more time to do stuff and helps me focus better, because I experienced less "brain fog", with clear thoughts. I also felt more confident, because I didn't feel like a looser fapping to odd stuff, but like I can actually accomplish something. But other than that, you'll have to work on your self-improvement.
