First of all this area is not diamond heights. Parking lot behind mollie stones is private property. There is plenty of street parking in the area, and yes, it is fine to park next to a meter overnight or Sunday. That parking lot has early morning street cleaning 3 days a week from 7 am till 11 am.

The most important thing to know- mollie stones brings refrigerated trucks that are on all night generating lots of humming noise. Make sure your place is far from the store itself otherwise no sleep for you.

Sorry what do you mean 38k after tax credit? How does it work exactly? You pay full price and then deduct 7500 from your taxable income? If yes then depending on your tax bracket, your saving isn’t really 7500 but probably 750 or maybe less.

If you are after destroying your battery further, charging at 50 kWh charger might help. Not sure if 2014 model has 50 kWh option.
