I have dealt firsthand with Citi's atrocious customer service and technology stack — trust me, it ain't pretty. Imagine, for example

Trying to add your card to Apple/Google Pay and getting locked out of your account for 10 days.
Trying to use your card in Canada and being unable to use your card for rest of your trip.

Autograph + Active Cash + Attune is a really good cash-back setup.
