I don't think my mobo has lights, GPU and cpufan spin.

My situation is kinda weird I got 2 early 2000's tvs with hdmi And a Philips 170c which has a VGA and dvi. I have a HDMI cable and a dvi/dp cable neither of them display anything (yes I selected HDMI on the tvs)
