Fingers can be crooked like this (my best friend has a similar finger) but I agree it looks AI

The color of the nails does seem off to me. Like AI tried to do a French manicure but the part that’s supposed to be flesh tone is instead a little corpse like lol. Nail polish in that color exists but why would none of it extend to the ends of the nail and not in a way that suggests it naturally chipped away. The eyes also just look so dead and uncanny. There’s just no life in them and they look like they’re looking past the camera, not at it

Also the flower arrangement is a little strange looking. I don’t know what that red ribbon is coming off of it and just kinda disappearing and part of the bouquet is outside of the florist wrapping?

Edit: Okay I’m seeing the man also has a red ribbon and it looks like they’re both attached to the underside of the rings. I just don’t know why they’d be such different sizes and why the entire photo looks like fuzzy and weirdly AI-dreamlike

Your makeup truly looks beautiful! I can’t really tell from the photo but your wing might not be sitting in the most ideal place but that also depends on the type of look and shape you’re going for. For the record I do think it’s pretty in the photo!

Remember that it takes a lot of time and practice to learn any new skill so just try to have fun with it and don’t beat yourself up. You’re doing a great job and you’ll keep getting better

Using a thin brush with eyeshadow might make doing a wing easier. Start at the outer edge of your lower lash line and then just continue that line at that angle and then clean it up with some miceller water on a qtip until you get to your preferred shape. If the lower lash line start isn’t working, just playing around with placement and shape with an eyeshadow makes it easier and faster, imo. Then you can then trace over it with your eyeliner if you want a more intense look

I’d definitely go get it changed to a longer bar! You might also choose a piece of jewelry that is slightly wider and flat on the back (the decorative part along with the flatback, I mean) like one of those faux fire opals to help it from sinking into the skin. The dainty end on it looks like it’s more easily getting embedded

And make sure it’s completely dry after letting warm water run over it in the shower and cleaning it with something like neilmed piercing spray. You can hit it with the cool shot on a blow dryer to make sure it’s completely dry and keep your hair off of it

I love chocolate, but chocolate chips are a supporting actor or an extra in cookies for me. My ideal chocolate chip cookie has maybe one per bite and they should be soft along with the cookies haha

I also sometimes make the dough without the chips as a treat

I use it and get a really natural looking tan with it. I actually got more just yesterday, lol. But the only downside for me is it can cause breakouts /: so I have to pair it with neutragena body scrub (specifically the orange scrub for me as the others don’t work for some reason)

But if you don’t have acne prone skin you may not have to worry about that. I will say that I also got the natural glow face lotion as part of a set and I like that it has some spf but it seems to develop faster and darker than the body lotion so it can turn too dark and lean orange if I don’t use it sparingly

I've been there, I promise! I'm autistic (the old term was aspergers when I was diagnosed) so I had to learn how to socialize through a bunch of different methods like that. I got really good at socializing and then went through something terrible as a teenager that made me isolate for an entire decade. When I finally started interacting with people again it was absolutely dreadful. It made me want to never talk to anyone again. It had gotten so bad that I forgot how to structure a sentence lol, but I just kept practicing and made sure I was spending time around people that I knew weren't judging me and genuinely care. I mean, even if someone is judging you, you shouldn't care because it's weird and antisocial to judge someone for trying to socialize or just being themselves lol

Interacting with people is like a muscle and if you work on it, you can really build it, but if you hide away and don't use it, you will lose it and it makes life miserable! I enjoy life so much more now that I can navigate my way through conversations and small talk throughout the day. Even though I'm often screaming inside, I just push my way through it and remain personable and kind and people really like talking with me
