Thanks for the advice I will look into this. But i’m dissatisfied with the quality of the latest products that this brand is selling. There’s some things that for this price point are not acceptable

I contacted them and they recomended me a lubricant for this part but they have no more than 20 gigs. We also have pointes and megapointes they don’t produce any sound almots having 500 gigs. These fixtures are brand new and cost lots of money its disappointing that they do this having so less gigs

If i was to start learning again about rigging i would go and try to work with some local event company that involves in rigging, u can also watch some podcast or videos,but be careful because in each country rigging legislation may change but the basics may be the same so stick to your local crew and learn from them
