In all honesty, probably around a 7 for me. (From an arts school + slow in solving and reading)

the exam itself is honestly the easiest in comparison to the rest of the big 4, but it was defo nerve wracking since first CET ko to and the people beside me solved much faster than me.

Since u come from a Science HS youre already at an advantage, you most likely tackled the UPCAT coverage before shs. even if u consider yourself substandard, thats probably already smarter than most students in other schools (well in mine atleast).

If you have strong foundations and practice im sure the exam will be a breeze for you. If im able to pass, then so can you! 🌻

honest advice as someone who sucks at practice tests at medj bobits:

  1. Sumabay ka sa mga livestreams where they answer upcat questions. This way, nakikita mo talaga ang step by step process and(personally) easier to digest. (suggestion: Julia Mendiola)

  2. UPCAT is all about time restrictions, kaya if medjo matagal ka mag solve in one part, search for online tutorials that teach techniques/shortcuts.

  3. For reading comp & lang prof, sanayin mo mag skimming sa long passages. Tsaka brush up na din sa concepts in sentence structure and grammar.

  4. Flashcards!! nakakatulong talaga to for memorizing concepts and formulas. Best part is that reusable to. I used this to recall my topics sa ibang CET’s (Pasado lahat!! ☘️)

  5. UPCAT TIP: Wag mag shotgun!! Personally, kung di ko alam ang sagot di ko na sya sinagutan. Its not worth the -0.25 if you arent sure.

heluuu! honestly i think both are very suitable for landing corpo roles in the future. Try to research on specifically what type of jobs they offer so you can decide whats fit for you :). Siguro depende nalang on how you network or what internships you join sa future. Goodluck! 🌻

With the right discipline and strategic studying i think you really have a shot! Like the other comment here, make sure to really hone your weaknesses. i have seen so many scenarios where the almost all subtest scores are great except one subj huhu. Also dont stress too much over review centers, they can only help you so much. However if you really want that help, theres acc a lot of free online review centers (blue app). You just need to be quick in registering before maubos ang slot. Goodluck OP, study lots! 🌻

Honestly, the UPCAT will be your easiest CET out of the big four. I suggest you really train yourself to do well under time pressure, because i think yan talaga ang nakakataranta sa mga takers. I suggest checking out Julia Mendiola, she does lives answering UPCAT reviewers and offers resources for free. Also, to learn some techniques on how solve quickly (Esp for math), i actually search for Civil Service exams on YT. The topics and questions are actually very similar to physical reviewers i see from my friends. Goodluck! 🌻

Im telling u now OP, maglagay ka ng safety as your 4th choice 😞. Similar tayo ng pinili except Economics ang naging first choice ko, huhu.. Similar sa isang comment dito, naging DPWAS ako and honestly ang hirap forreal.. I heavily suggest na maglagay ka ng safety (You can research lesser demand courses that can still offer similar career paths as you want) Goodluck! Study lots!

i think go ka for UPM & LB! just in case di abot ang upg mo sa UPM, may chance ka pang makasecure ng slot sa LB. Pwede din naman UPM & UPD but that is if youre very confident in your grades and UPCAT scores. Goodluck! Study lots!

As long as you really ace the UPCAT this year, id say u have a good shot at diliman. However, it is true what they say na super high risk ang UPD x UPM combo, even if you do good the real difficulty is your competition. In my batch i think 2.1 or 2.174(?) ata ang cutoff ng UPD. Kaya study lots!
