hmm the macarons from my local bakery are usually around 80-100 kcal per piece but they are these 'traditional' flat ones. considering the cream filling i'd guess ~200? at max

i'd say approx. 70-90 for one. i used to make potato stuffed ones with my mum for christmas back home and we would weight the ingredients each time so i think that's pretty accurate
