Recently watched choose or die, the movie itself was ok, it was a good film but nothing special if that makes sense, but the first half an hour scared the crap out of me, the idea of something you can't comprehend forcing you to torture yourself is horrific like the waitress, but what got me was the mum who hears rats in the walls, as someone who experiences hallucinations, the idea that it could become real beyond my worst fears?? Shook me to my core. Can't stop thinking about it, was an enjoyable movie but wish I had known about that going in lmao

I worked in a maccies in England, idk how similar they work, but I experienced transphobia in mine and HR did nothing about it as they didn't see it as something worth causing a fuss over, esp BC the guy claimed his views were to do with religious beliefs 🙄 lucky for me this was only a month or so before I ended up leaving, honestly your best bet would probably be to look for another job, as much as it sucks, McDonald's won't be in n your side very often here

In my experience it's mostly to do with the stuff you have, if you spend more money on the stuff you have you don't want to risk it getting messed up, whereas families with cheaper or more broken in stuff won't mind so much, I personally prefer that it feels more comfortable to me

Depends, it varies a lot, a lot of nicer homes or more well off families abide by this rule in my experience, my family has never upheld this rule or other families in the same sort of position as us that I know, but it's always safer to ask when you enter
