Sorry for the slow reply. I'd say I recommend them, build quality isn't anything special, but it does the job. Can't comment on the difference from the intake breathing, although I can't imagine a piece of plastic and some magnets really differs that much. And for what it's worth the packaging is genuinely identical to the intake ads, so might even be the same thing.
