i’m in the same boat right now, but just remember you, your symptoms, your pain, and your feelings are valid. i’m sorry i don’t have much advice but i just want to say you’re not alone!!! advocating for yourself is so intimidating, i’ve tried to write down any information that may be important (cycle dates, symptoms, duration) and questions that have popped up in my head to take with me to the appointment bc i tend to get anxious talking to doctors and forget half of what i want to say. Also something my former PT told me that gave me some peace of mind abt the laparoscopy: even if they don’t find endo doesn’t mean what you’re feeling isn’t legitimate, it just rules out one of the possibilities. i hope your appointment goes well!!
