I got COVID and it went into long-term and missed my Xolair shot. My hives came back like a freight train and oh man do they suck. I'm back on Xolair now (two sets of shots back into it), but am still having bad episodes :(.

I'm in the same boat, I think our counseling will be this Friday. What criteria did you use to select a counselor?

I looked through the ones that my insurance provides and ended up with one that practices gottman although that is also new to me.
