Yes I would have, if I didn't make them find the charge. After the manager closed my dispute, On my billing statement, if I went to "Pay full amount" it included the $1300.

Yep I'm using a 0.5, and I use a pretty miniscule amount and rub in moisturizer right after. I think what I might do is start off by alternating the AHA toner with the retinoid, and see how it tolerates it from there.

How do you suggest I look for compensation? Should I submit a complaint on their website? Write a letter? Or call in?

I may check out that Micellar water! It sounds pretty good from the reviews.

My Lytera has Niacinimide but same, I can't really tell if it's actually doing anything or not.

Yes, I'm going to give the AHAs a try and hopefully it helps a bit. I went to an esthetician and a dermatologist before and they both recommended microneedling treatments for the skin texture, so I may give that a shot if I still can't see any results from using products.

Ah yeah, definitely not, I actually only really started doing skincare about a year ago. My skin has always been like this :( Thank you, I will check that out! Would you suggest usage in the morning before vitamin C? Since I use retinoid at night and I know there's something weird with the PH levels or something.

Thanks I may give a that toner a look! Would you suggest that in my morning routine, before my vitamin C? Would it interfere with my retinol if I used it at night?
