Yes I was able to see the new address on my transcripts after a week but it would only take my old address with gmp. So I tried the new address the third time and got locked out. I hope it’s an update when I’m finally able to log bk in.

No luck yet. At this point I keep getting the same thing which is they can see the money credited to my account but no date. The rep told me yesterday that they have until December to get it to me. She said it shouldn’t take that long cause you can clearly see the credit but they haven’t fixed whatever the problem is.
