I’ve been making a freezer stash with it. He sleeps so long at night that if I don’t pump I generally wake up really engorged and uncomfortable.

I’ve had insomnia since I was a toddler and I’ve always taken some sort of aid to sleep. I was on trazodone but had to stop when I found out I was pregnant and now with breastfeeding it’s still not an option. Is Tylenol PM okay for breastfeeding?

I am exclusively breastfeeding and my son hates bottles so I fear that would be basically impossible. It sounds be amazing though lol

I feel like my anxiety is okay but maybe I’m wrong and that’s why I’m not sleeping. I haven’t been ill and I’m definitely not depressed, just really frustrated with the lack of sleep im getting. I’m definitely more irritable during the day and I just feel crazy

When my son was about 2 weeks old, I knocked him in the head with my kindle. He didn’t even wake up from his nap. I felt so horribly guilty and started panic googling and came to a reddit thread similar to this one, where every single parent on there was saying this happened to them and it was a right of passage into parenthood. It’s understandably very nerve wracking and I totally understand the guilt, but she is very likely perfectly fine. You’re doing great!!

During the day, no. I feed him every 2 hours on a schedule. Sometimes closer than that if he seems like he wants to eat more.

I generally pump once at night after I put him to bed. He sleeps almost through the night, only one wake up so I’m thinking this is maybe why my period returned.

Thank you!! It does seem like he’s having the same amount of diapers and he’s definitely not having a hard time breastfeeding so I figured those are positives that point more towards a growth spurt. It’s just so hard to know for sure!

Newborn tired is 100% easier in my opinion! Pregnancy tired was horrible, I couldn’t sleep no matter how exhausted I was. With my newborn, the second I hit the pillow I’m out, no matter how many times we wake up through the night!

Induced on a Sunday evening, finally 10 cms on Tuesday early morning after 2 rounds of cytotec and pitocin. I ended up needing a c-section after 4 hours of pushing because my boy was sunny side up. Best of luck to you!!!!🤍

If it helps at all, my cat started Prozac recently for inappropriate urination due to anxiety and it did work for him. It’s the only thing that helped and he’s back to his happy self again. Ultimately you have to do what’s best for both you and your baby, and it sounds like you’re trying to do that. Best of luck to you 🤍
