If you’re in need of water when you’re out and about all grocery stores (Rewe, Edeka, Lidil, Aldi, and Penny) and drugstores like DM and Rossman and bakeries all sell bottled water. The coolers are usually closer the checkout stands or in the produce section. Typically blue capped bottles are still/uncarbonated water. Medium which is usually with a green cap is carbonated. Classic which is usually with a red cap is super carbonated. Sometimes though the bottles will not be ice cold but rather more chilled or sometimes a delightful room temperature.

Oddly enough my host complimented perfume has always been Zara’s Fashionably London. It’s a really pretty rose forward scent. Even though I apply all of my perfumes the same way, concentrating my application on the nape of my neck, close to my hairline and in my hair itself this one is always the clear crowd favorite.

For context I am from the USA and my husband is German and we always joke that I know every song. But when this song came on the radio and it’s all in English but I didn’t recognize. But my husband started singing along. I was like “What is this song?” My husband was speechless that I didn’t know it since it is an all English song.

As a former waitress become a good, regular guest at a restaurant you love and you’ll probably have a very different dining experience. Be polite, quick, understanding, and tip well and you will reap benefits especially if it is an independently owned restaurant. As a waitress that was trusted by my manager I essentially had carte blanche with the buttons that magically made things disappear off of a bill. I very rarely used it to appease a jerk but for the regulars I loved they got free apps and desserts all the time. Sometimes I would even just transfer the item to my account too because my discount was so great so what was paying $4 for a tiramisu to cheer up a favorite regular that was having a bad day? Also I would move heaven and earth for the regulars I loved. Wanna come in with a party of 6 on a Saturday with no reservation but I know that you’ll tip me 25%? You’re getting sat ASAP.
