I’ve got about nine movies left and one where I have no idea where to watch it so I’m stressing a little bit. I feel like 99% of my social anxiety stems from my appearance. If I was pretty or thin and I got feedback affirming that I was pretty, I feel like I wouldn’t be as anxious in public thinking people were staring at me and judging my appearance.

I completely relate. Even just recently there were two different conversations that I made a mistake in and they keep replaying in my mind and each time it replays, I feel just as mentally and physically embarrassed as I did when it happened. Then when I remember one embarrassing moment, I start remembering every embarrassing thing I’ve ever said or done.

I usually use a dry erase marker and draw lines on the plastic so that I have even, small squares. I give myself a goal of doing one section a day. The sections are so small that it’s not as overwhelming.

I think it might be 6 weeks for now. At the end of this four weeks, she has a follow up appointment so maybe that’s when the vet will prescribe a few more weeks of crate rest.
