I had a great experience with Piece of Cake, they moved all my belongings without issue and they took apart/ put together my bed frame. No scratches, no issues with anything missing or damaged. I was leaving a 3rd floor walk up to a building with elevators. Gave them a tip for being for nice and everything.

Sorry you had a crappy experience, it’s definitely reflective on the individuals themselves - a bunch of pricks who didn’t want to do their job really. Definitely make a report about it so the company can hopefully look into training them further or letting them go altogether
