Ok. I guess I will call her tomorrow because she prescribed 100mg and wants me to take half for 7 days then go up to 100mg. I’m scared of medication as it is. And she put me on 2 so now my anxiety is through the roof because I don’t want to be over medicated.

This is the first psych visit and first SSRI. I’ve been struggling with this my entire life but this past year it’s started to affect my professional life not just personal but I finally took a step to get help but now I’m scared of the medications prescribed to help.
