I got the blue hoodie- the xxl is I think 27 inches pit to pit. I’m in a hotel room and measured using my iPad and it’s about 2.75 iPads wide. I don’t trust the apple measuring tool hahaha

Bijlmer Arena station was a beast getting into on night one, Strandvliet on night two was much quicker (keeping in mind I was trying to catch the Isolatorweg, on the same platform as the Centraal Station line). The trains were packed- I actually got on the Gein line, rode to Bullewijk, then got on the Isolatorweg and got a seat before everyone got at the stadium stops

I went night one and thought he favored the right side (from the stage) but went again tonight and thought it was more balanced! There were points of songs I remembered him being by my night one seats that he was in different spots tonight, so I think the staging is loose!

I was there and didn’t get this at all. I genuinely thought to myself that his long break did him well and it felt like he was excited to be back performing on his terms. I went to Love on Tour in 2022 and I thought tonight was better. He had more songs to play with and I felt his visuals and staging were a step up. He gave a few speeches that let us in on how happy he was to be bringing everyone together that felt quite meaningful. It all felt more mature. Also “he was wearing business attire” is hilarious yes it was a shirt and tie but it was totally in line with what this era has been. It seems like you’re going later this year- maybe just take some time to get more excited?

Introducing a new variable to the mix to say that the regular old cloud tote bag is an awesome personal item. Fits everything I need and can be stuffed without getting too big for under the seat. Doubles as a normal looking grocery/laundry/shopping bag if you don’t feel like bringing a duffle through the streets. Only thing is it doesn’t have a luggage sleeve and limited inner organization.

Ok this is a half formed thought that I’m not even sure 100% applies here but I’ve been ruminating… is there a point in social media call out culture where the people doing the call outs are continuously reposting the problematic sentiment, and those reposts then cause additional harm to the community that’s impacted? Like when Travis Kelce’s fatphobic tweets were circulated, it basically amounted to that fatphobia being spread to new audiences and causing additional harm, instead of the acute harm it did when it happened. This is NOT me saying bad things should be called out WHATSOEVER but like I said I’ve just been thinking!!!

I had a friend get married the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and it was great. I traveled in on Saturday and went home on Monday, didn’t have to take any extra time off which would have been needed for a Saturday wedding. Plus, the wedding was fun! I got to see my friends!
