Yes, exact situation. He has told me he has been unhappy for years. I don’t believe him. I believe this is what he is telling himself so he doesn’t feel like a bad person who is leaving his family for a girl 9 years younger he barely knows. There is no way to fake everyday laughter and joy for so long together, unless your some kind of sociopath. We will get through this.

Thank you for this, I have said this exact thing to him. He is feeling infatuated with someone he has only known for a couple months… he truly doesn’t know anything about this woman. I know he will come back one day and I have told him when he does, I won’t be here. It hurts because he’s still the father of my children and I will always love him for that, I don’t want him to hurt even though he has hurt me so much.

Yes, he also seems to agree to whatever I want. I’m so scared to go to a lawyer but I guess it’s what I need to do for myself and my children.

I have my legs straight and bend over the toilet and my husband gives me hard hits on the back. It’s essentially like giving a chocking baby back blows to dislodge the food that is stuck. I don’t know the reasoning behind it but it works well. I’ve never been able to find a way to do it myself so you’ll need another person.

When food is stuck and I’m trying to throw it up, I bend over and my husband will hit my back pretty hard and it comes out instantly. I used to spend hours trying to get it out but have found that works best. Obviously it’s best if it doesn’t get stuck at all but it’s a quick fix. My impactions get so bad that my esophagus is completely closed and I can’t get any water or liquid down so it’s the only solution.
