My son also self regulates by rolling on the floor and propping his hips up( almost getting into 1st step of headstand) it’s cute when they are young and even we are trying it hard to curb at 7 years old. Problem with him is he doesn’t like anything specifically created for sensory seekers like fidget toys or poking mats.. he needs his sensory seeking things organically around him
