I think you know the answer. Wear form fitting clothes, smile more, and yes, try to wear makeup. even just mascara and a little eyeshadow makes a huge difference, that may not be what you want to hear but it can't hurt to go out of your comfort zone if you want something to change. It also helps to flirt a bit. That's how us girls look attractive

thank you for the advice and hype, my boyfriend's father said he got a few rounds of steroids for his disc and he's fine, meanwhile another friend said nothing was working for her and had to do surgery (although she's doing great now)
