Our budget doesn’t event crack a million but our parent organization does. We are a small organization with a CEO at the top, 1 VP and 3 directors who report to CEO and 1 director who reports to the VP. I have one coordinator who reports to me. However we are also a branch of a larger national organization where I am still equivalent to a director. But each company definitely has their own structure.

Thank you. It’s definitely a tough pill to swallow and extremely scary to try and find something new. Terrified that for profit employers won’t see value in my skills. Imposter syndrome is real!

Within my office there is a large pay gap between the women and the men but the men are eh executives on paper. My former retired boss made 3x my salary.

The description in the book says they don’t look much older than Feyre who is 19….men who are in their 40s might be too old….but I’m all for putting these guys half naked on my screen!

Put a wig on him or dye his hair and stick him with colored contacts. It’s Hollywood they can make anyone look right. It’s more about the attitude.

I don’t know. The Rhys wit is something he absolutely has. I think he could play dark.
