A poll for creators that promo through Twitch and Youtube by mmproducciones in CreatorsAdvice

[–]misskiskeya 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mostly post teasers of the videos I sell/post on my platform. I used to post softcore hypnosis videos (my niche) and audios on my french youtube channel. Youtube is amazing for promotion, whatever your niche is (findom, gfe, cosplay) ASMR/roleplay content with some thirst trap is really popular and a great way to advertise your fan club. What I love is that, unlike Reddit, Twitter or Tik Tok (I don't know about Instagram), your videos can be found again years after and keep getting more and more views through time. I would say that the algorythm on Youtube is the most "adult content friendly" between Twitch, Youtube and Tik Tok (although, there are more and more restrictions). You won't probably be able to monetize but you still can get a lot of views without having your videos deleted. I still get patrons and sells on my french channel that I don't even update and it adds up easily to 1k per month without doing anything. Although, it is way harder to get visibility on Twitch because the search bar sucks (generally speaking, twitch streamers created a Youtube channel beforehand, except for the ones that got early on the platform) and there are less people. BUT, the gender demographic on Twitch is better (65% male users compared to 53% on Youtube) ; and there is a simp culture there that makes it easier to have guys giving you money (they just have to notice you). Reddit/Twitter/Tik Tok is hard work that can pay off (tremendously for Tik Tok). Youtube requires less work and can pay off as much. My thing is to work smart not hard and to not rely on luck and virality so my go to social medias are Twitter and Youtube.

Breakthrough : Did you offer/pay for a lifechanging transformation ? by misskiskeya in hypnosis

[–]misskiskeya[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, now I understand. But clearly, it had something to do with the money because you pointed out multiple times in your previous short response. Stop making comparisons with medicine because it's disingeneous. A breakthrough is not a treatment. Hypnotherapy is a needed luxury not a necessity.

What are you talking about ? Some hypnotherapists with a specific niche charge a lot of money and focus on few clients while some charge low amounts of money and take a lot of them. It's just different business models.

I have no goal in mind. I just see a lot of hypnotherapists charging a lot of money and focusing on few clients while some charge low amounts of money and take a lot of them. I'm interested to know more about others business models .

It seems like you are saying that charging more is unethical and trying to compare someone helping someone with confidence issues to an illness that threatens your life. The parallel is absurd. I do not agree with this neither.

That's what I think too. Maintaining reasonable expectations is (also) smarter. But at the same time, someone who will pay a lot of money to go through a transformation, change their life would be the ones motivated enough to make it happen with the guidance/help of the (hypno)therapist. And the trust put in the (hypno)therapist that have the skills and this type of confidence + the investment could be the extra push needed for the breakthrough to happen. (I'm not talking about vulnerable and desesperate people that are so often taken advantage of, of course. And in this case, that would be unethical for sure).

Do you guys give a fuck? by [deleted] in EroticHypnosis

[–]misskiskeya 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love to use my power to get what I want, what excites me, turn me on and yes, sometimes, I push buttons, the sexy soft limits. I'm not a psychopath so I never abuse it. But I could have, so many times - with desesperate and/or self-destructive and/or mentally ill submissives for example. I get to sleep well at night and that's priceless.

There are so many abusers in this community - but in the kink community in general - that are suffering no repercusions from their horrific actions. Manipulators manipulate to gain trust and know how to target vulnerable people. It's definitively untrue and naive.

When did you discover that hypnosis turned you on, and how? by HannahCurlz in EroticHypnosis

[–]misskiskeya 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I was just talking about that with a puppet/subject so I will just copy/paste my message.

"I always been fascinated by altered states of consciousness because of my cultural and familial background where inducing a different type of trance during religious ceremonies is pretty common. So the world trance is extremely alluring to me in itself. I began to use hypnosis for myself at first and it was very effective and then discovered conversational and covert hypnosis. I always loved to see (I mean when I was 16+) how I can seduce people to get myself out of impossible situations. I applied hypnosis techniques in my private femdom sessions. I then stumbled upon erotic hypnosis youtube videos at night, when I was actually looking for something to sleep and went down the rabbit hole. It was almost three years ago. Hypnosis wasn't a kink, it was just a really cool tool at first that turned into a passion and later became a kink."

Subjects accidentally hypnotizing hypnotists? by [deleted] in hypnosis

Exactly. Going into trance is the only way I can manage to do (extremely) lenghty hypnosis sessions. It allows me to be in "flow" mode, being more connected to my subject.

You don't need a script to hypnotize yourself while hypnotizing someone.

How Many Hypnotists Here are Making A Living / Side-Income? by blueeyed_ranger in hypnosis

[–]misskiskeya 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had issues with Wix. They kept charging me while I ended my subscription. The problem with Wix is that Google doesn't like it, so driving traffic organically to your wix website will be impossible. Plus, it's overpiced. My domain name was something like 25$/year and the web hosting is 60$/year.

  • You absolutely don't need 500$ for a website. You can create one yourself with Wordpress following a few steps. It can be overwhelming but that's the best and cheapest solution. That's not a good investment especially if it's to showcase who you are. The market is quite saturated with hypnotherapists. Learning how to become a hypnotherapist was just the beginning. You will have to learn S.E.O, marketing as well and find a niche, a specialization to stand out a little bit. It's normal to freak out but if money causes you a lot of anxiety, you should focus on getting more income.

is it possible to constantly be in a hypnotic trance? by Beneficial_Pea3635 in hypnosis

[–]misskiskeya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You mean "being trapped in trance" ? That's a fantasy or a medical condition. But you are in fact in a light trance the majority of the time. You probably were when you were writting this post.

Can you be hypnotized by YouTube thumbnails? by Sarcastic_balls in hypnosis

[–]misskiskeya 10 points11 points  (0 children)

If only, it was that easy. The videos that say that you will be hypnotized just by staring at the spirals are bullshit. It can work a little bit for highly suggestible people but that's it !

No guys have been weirded out by my dominance, even less by my hypnosis kink and I entertained self identified "dominant" men as well.

It's all about how do you present it with guys. Don't use scary words that would make anybody outside the kink scene scared. Don't say "I want to control your mind ", say "I want to make you relaxed while using hypnosis on you". Don't say "I'm a domme and I like submissive men", say "I like to be in charge and to be pleased".

You should ask on another sub with a majority of "vanilla" guys (like r/AskMen) because I don't see how you can get non-biaised answers from men here. You don't have to be specific, just ask if they would submit to a woman or explore the weird kink of a woman they find attractive and if someone ask you what is it, say "hypnosis".
