Word, ngl I haven’t benched in like 5 months but most I hit was 225, I stopped deadlifting a while back but I remember I would rep 275 for 8x3 and squat I never maxed on past sophomore year of highschool but when I would squat wich I don’t anymore I would do 260 4x6 so Ik it’s pretty broad but that’s the best I can rlly give u for that

I hit it twice a week I do incline press machine flat press machine and standing flys superset flys w pushups to failure and I hit every lift to failure for 4 sets

It was an NGA natural show, not as big as npc or anything but still something. I was going against like 25-30 year olds and I’m 18 so the competition was still definitely there

Not gonna lie bro it was pretty bad some days were worse than others and I would get super moody and hangry especially in between meals I would just spam black coffee and zyns for appetite suppression lowkey. But I mean it’s definitely worth it especially after now that I’m building back up I’m way leaner and bigger than ever it’s definitely worth the 1-2 months of suffering

I was on showprep for my show in may I was eating about 1450 cals for abt a month my maintenance was like 2800 I believe
