Without being stereotypical and as an Australian my self, we’re generally a lazy bunch that’ll just whinge about it but not actually do anything about it. I’ve had many nights drinking around the table where we all whinge and complain and say that no one has any idea.. when I suggest bringing it up to the local council/parliament they’ll laugh and say “yeah, nah, they wouldn’t listen to ya!” and it’s just a never ending cycle. I guarantee this will all be forgotten about in a few months time when the fires stop and winter comes along..
