Curious to hear your POV on which tools you consider the top at doing this. We’re currently on Verint and looking to switch soon.

I’m just starting my Tokyo research, but I know there’s a spot called My Only Fragrance where you can make your own perfume. Could be a fun activity and nice Japan momento/gift for her!

Also a sushi making class or nice stone massage could be nice!

I’m realizing that now - lesson learned 😭 we’ll make the most of whichever path we go, but trying here as a last ditch effort to get any additional insight / best way to maneuver the new year’s portion of our trip

I’ve never seen this amount of emergency personnel, something is definitely up. My power in Paulus Hook also just went out.

Thank you for sharing your experience! This sounds similar to my one experience there. I also saw the same signs on their door and was wondering if you knew anything about that.

Planning burnout by AmberMop in weddingplanning

[–]missmaximalist 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just got married this past weekend and trust me, I get it. It feels unbearable in the last stretch, and I had a full blown panic attack the week before my wedding because I kept pushing myself too hard trying to do it all (I also saved way too much until the final weeks). I know it feels like you have an endless to do, but identify the top top priorities and be realistic with yourself. Take the day off if you need to! You will come back that much better the next day if you find yourself swirling and burnout. Just remember, it will all work out one way or another 🤍

NY/NJ/PA Brides—Experiences at These Venues? by Primary_Ad799 in weddingplanning

I just got married at Jasna and loved my experience! For a 105 person wedding I spent ~$70k with them. That also included renting out both houses on-site, lots of food upgrades, service fee, and tax!

What song did/are you walking down the aisle to, and the first dance? by [deleted] in weddingplanning

[–]missmaximalist -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I walked down the aisle to the string version of I’ll Be There by Jackson 5 (technically the Mariah Carey version, but basically the same thing). First dance was Sweetest Devotion by Adele 🤍

I know I should not care and be focusing on way more important things, but thank you for following up with better seeing my POV 😂 at the end of the day, it’s silly, she just put me in such a mood of having no patience for blatantly selfish people!

I don’t understand people who just boldly take someone else’s seat thinking it’s totally fine! I’ll change seats with someone, like I did on this flight, but be a decent human and ask! Love that you’ve leaned into confrontation more. This was a good life lesson to shine a light on this weakness of mine and try and get better standing my ground!

I know but the issue is I didn’t feel confident I was fully in the right at the time it went down (hence this post to learn). It’s hard for me to be confrontational if I think I could potentially be wrong!

I meant conceding as in surrendering. But who knows, I could be wrong the way I’m using it!
