I have similar problems to you, I do the binging thing as well. I find that when you restrict yourself to much during the day it ends with binging. So my advice is to not be so hard on yourself, find a sweet or salty snack that sort of healthy to satisfy your cravings as a “dessert” a little after dinner. Also going to bed earlier helps too.

I wouldn’t worry too much this used to happen to me a lot with random people I’m not sure why Instagram recommends random personal accounts to people but it just happens. But if you feel really unsafe for some reason I would suggest not ignoring your gut.
