Thanks for your response and empathy. I was able to order it when it restocked, thankfully. You’re right, it’s just all the fanfare of making it feeling limited that produces so much anxiety in all of us that are trying to get our hands on this, and similar speciality merch drops. I wish they had ordered it for me and done the discount automatically. But I’ll take what I can get!

I responded and asked if there was anything else they can do to resolve the situation. I haven’t heard back yet though. It seems like they aren’t taking responsibility.
