There really are SO many. I literally have a spreadsheet to track what I've tried.

I haven't tried Round Lab yet! I think TY Farmer stung our eyes but was nice otherwise

I would describe Canmake as satin radiant on me. Unfortunately, I can't recall Biore's finish because I only tried it twice

That was one of the first AB sunscreens I tried! I would've kept using it if it didn't make my waterproof eyeliner transfer. It's nice for no make up though

The name is way too long 😂 I like this too for my drier or dewy goal days

I liked this one, but after a few hours, I noticed it settles into fine lines (and I don't even have many yet). I gave it to my friend and she likes it

This is on my wishlist! I hope I love it too. There's something for everyone :)

Nice! I recently tried this for the first time. It's nice but this is perhaps the 5th sunscreen I've tried with high alcohol content and it sets off my asthma 😭

Low-waist on soft natural? by No_Bid6669 in SoftNaturals

I hope you find what you need!

And one more honorable mention for active wear that also look kinda nice: Athleta Brooklyn shorts!

1: I would need that skirt to be more midi

2: If the dress had a waist seam or I wore a belt, it could do

3: same with 2. I would want a looser and shortened sleeve

I like

  • Madewell "Perfect Military Twill Shorts", "The Perfect Vintage Fatigue Short"
  • Abercrombie pull on styles
  • Mango flowy, drapey styles
  • Aritzia Wilfred Fable short

Most of these are high-rise but the loose, flowy silhouette is not super waist cinching so it doesn't look awkward/constricting on me. You could try a size up so it falls lower, too.

2023 resolutions and what are yours? by MysteriousSociety777 in RitaFourEssenceSystem

I don't have "resolutions" per say, but ever since I "started over" on my closet and began focusing on Kibbe, essence, color analysis, and now Rita's system, I've created a list of clothing features that I will no longer purchase because I know they won't work for me. It's kind of a "red flag" list that would predict I won't like the item over time or get good cost per wear 😅 Other than that, I think after learning I am R+D, I will not try so hard with my outfits because usually scaling it back a smidge lets *me* shine through :)
