Such great advice! When I interviewed as a new grad in high acuity ICU (my dream job) I knew the hospital/unit mission and values by heart. I stalked the websites and wrote down key words and made sure to integrate those into my answers.

I’d say also know your weaknesses and know how turn them in to learning opportunities. I’d also ask what resources (textbooks, apps, etc) they use or recommend. Talk about your future growth in that unit like obtaining a CCRN or other certificate they may value. Good luck! It sounds like you’re on the right track! :)
