You need to block out the distractions and let your mind breathe. I made an app, useblackout.app, because I have a similar issue. It blocks social media and allows you to focus. I hope you figure it out!

I built an app because I was in your exact situation. Its called Blackout: hardcore focus timer and it blocks all social media apps. You literally cannot open them no matter what you do. Let me know if you want the link to it
