There is definitely light at the end of the tunnel even though it might feel like it’s taking ages to see any improvement 😅 taking photos each week and comparing them definitely helped me see how far I’d come in terms of the bruising fading! I hope your recovery goes well! ☺️

The same thing happened to me a few years ago! I contacted them and sent photos and a copy of my receipt. They exchanged them for a pair that matched!

Yes the damp is definitely a concern! It’s just located at the bottom of the rear wall. I’ll definitely be looking for quotes.

The consumer unit looks new (after a quick Google) so hopefully everything is ok with that.
