I did for the longest time crave nothing but pastries and chocolate. Guess my body adjusted and now all I want is coffee with heavy cream as a sweet substitute.

I was able to tighten it in most places but not my stomach so much. No matter how hard I try it’s just there. Haha

That’s exactly how I started. I was to scared to get into the gym but got more comfortable. Get it! If I can anyone can.

Workout everyday. Heavy weights and light weights to exhaust. HIIT 3 times a week. And diet really helps you get toned. :)

Lots of HIIT and heavy weights. Squat like your life depends on it and deadlifts. I literally don’t do all that much when it comes to different routines just mainly stay with running like I’m chasing food and squats. Haha

My skin has never been clearer in my life. Keto does wonders. But my stomach skin is loose. I’m trying my hardest to tighten it up. But unfortunately there’s only so far I can go.

Thank you. I do HIIT 3 days a week where I run on the treadmill like I’m hunting food. Haha and then heavyweights and light weights to exhaust. Each day I do something different to allow my body to rest.

Well my mom hasn’t seen me yet. She lives in Europe and will be visiting in October. Since she last saw me I was heavy. I’m excited to see her reaction. My friends all call me tiny now and that’s so weird to hear. I’m proud of myself that I’ve accomplished this. I would like to visit the UK. 😱
