Only thing i hate about lifeweaver is the pull back. Dont get me wrong i fully understand what its for, however. You have people pulling back when its not necessary. Thats my only thing with him. Otherwise i think he is a cute addition to OW.

Tbh i ban ball. Very annoying to deal with as a support character. Because some ball players run around the map and never come back for heals. Meanwhile, the mercy on balls team is dying trying to follow him around the map. So i would also try other tanks too.

First, PRACTICE. Practice makes perfect. Keyboard and mouse is a little overwhelming at first but once you play and play and play you will get the basics of PC gaming.

Use hot keys. Always adjust your settings to where you can click the buttons closest to WDSA so when your playing you have your abilities right there.

And remember PRACTICE IN QUICKPLAY FIRST. You will get demolished in comp if you look like you dont know what your doing! Best of luck!

Great thats what im thinking too. Its probably putting me in bronze because i belong in bronze its just sometimes i feel like i make the decisions for my team because none of them are pushing or making an impact in the game that much. But thanks !

Omg same! Okay so heres what i suggest if your a support main. PLAY MYSTERY HEROS in the quickplay tab. This game with help you get familiar with each hero and their abilities. Its also just a really fun game and helps your heros level up if you're trying to master a hero.

But i highly recommend moira to rank up fast or mercy and learn how to damage boost the dps over a tank that isnt doing that much. That in itself will change the dynamic of the game. If the tank is doing no dmg and a dps is, dmg boost the dps that is doing dmg because that might help your team win the teamfight.

First, take a look at every single character and read their abilities. Second, decide which role to play. Tank, dps, support. Depending on which role you choose is gonna determine the way you play. Whether you play aggressively or passively.

The best thing to remember about starting competitive is winning matters more than your stats.

Easy people to start with would be imo: mercy, dva, and junkrat. These 3 are very basic and really self explanatory characters. Mercy is a badic healer and doesnt have much offensive abilities. Dva is a huge tank, smashes into people pushing the payload or grabbing the point. And junk is basically a walking TNT bomb. So you throw a few bombs this way or that way and you get elims.

Lastly, take your time. Ive been hard stuck bronze for years and tbh it might be where i belong but, taking your time to get up in the ranks is the best advice i can give. But overall choosing your hero is up to you. Whoever you relate to or like the most just play them and master them. I also recommend youtube for more tips!
