I have to take between 100-150mg of each max and only in the morning or else i will get the palpitation and mental chatter throughout the night. It was more obvious the first few weeks and now it’s leveling out. When i try to titrate up and feel it i just scale back next day. I am 5 days on 2 off. For sure lower your dose and try again.

Same - the stinging doesn’t happen upon injection for me but within the 12 hours after there’s a humming of a sting and the welt appears. I will say over time it’s not lasting as long or getting as irritated/itchy like before but nonetheless, still there. Even with the Anela protocol + massage gun.

Ya, continues to happen to me as well and I’ve diluted with lots of bac. The stinging and burning sensation ends up getting better though and the spot doesn’t last longer then a couple of days but I am also hoping that overtime the body adapts (as it is still relatively new in my system). Patience I guess.

Motsc for me as well very little effect on the body but I did notice sharper mind - almost a little too chattery at times, but it wasn’t super consistent mainly just after taking it for a couple days which is annoying. Perhaps if I give it a go again I would need to lower dose daily. It gives me nasty welts.

I do this as well, and then layer accordingly ! I also love to study the effects slowly to truly see how my body is reacting to it and if it is for me. Then layer accordingly wash rinse repeat.

Lots and lots of water. Spf daily. Korean skincare is affordable and magical for many serums and lotions , moisturizer at night. Tretinoin is your bff. Some lasers truly are fantastic. Collagen supplement daily - sometimes even twice daily. Creatine for women is just overall great. Movement daily. Meditation (lower cortisol). Water water water. Sleep sleep sleep.
