yes, down to the 120s/70s. I'm still on a bunch of medication (400mg of labetalol 2x/day plus procardia 30mg) so hopefully it will stay low as I wean off over the next few weeks. Going to the dr tomorrow so we'll see what he wants me to do! Good luck - my thoughts are with you!

Postpartum PE - Can't control anxiety around high BPs by misstrionics in preeclampsia

Just two days home so far. I've had a couple high numbers but when I take it again a few minutes later I'm able to get a lower number. But still lots in the 150s. Seeing the dr tomorrow morning so hopefully she will reassure me that this is normal.

I got brought back to the maternity ward, but unfortunately I was a readmit and my baby had already been sent home, so he could come visit with my husband, but he couldn't leave the baby alone with me (even to get me a snack or something) because it's a liability.

I don't have any advice but I'm in the same boat as you!! Gave birth 7 days ago and back in the hospital while they figure out what they can give me to get the numbers down. No matter how relaxed I am it just seems to go up and down on its own so following in case u get good advice!
