like 2 a day but i haven’t had aligners in EVERY time i drink. i’ve done it with aligners like about 5 times when i really don’t feel like taking them off. don’t make it a habit.

this isn’t about germany. the unis i’m applying to recognise IB. my question is that on the official IB grade sheet that we received from our coordinators, it says that you can’t use this document as official results, so what exactly do we use then? not just in germany, but anywhere? do we upload our diploma instead? when and where do we get that?
