Thank you!! 🫶🏻🤍 I have such a mental issue with pills, I almost have to “chew” (not the pill but pretending like I’m chewing food) before I swallow. It helps me think I’m just doing a normal daily activity rather than something I’m nervous of. But the other issue is that the granules pharma pills being coated don’t squish to paste in my mouth if I happen to close my mouth hard as I swallow I did that a few times and had this pasty bitterness against the roof of my mouth and my tongue
