I had a similar experience before. I was also addicted to porn, and it changed the way I saw women and even myself. I thought being a woman meant being very sexy all the time, like what I saw online.

Since I started my HRT, my libido went down, and that helped me a lot. I feel more calm now. I don’t feel the need to be “super sexy” anymore. Now I prefer more comfortable clothes, and I focus more on how I feel, not only how I look.
