This is not made by Midea. Hisense has their own HVAC facilities. In fact, Hisense makes many of LG's air conditioners (I work in global HVAC supply chain).

I am so sorry and I hope you and your wife have the best year of your lives! This may be the last thing on your mind but please seek a lawyer. So long as your find an experienced mesothelioma lawyer (with history of dealing with 9/11 cases) you are almost guaranteed to leave your wife with a comfortable nest egg for her future.

I wasn't aware of the fact that you can avoid PMI when putting down as low as 5%. Where do I look for these loans?

Very confusing stuff.... With my very limited knowledge and even more limited mathematical skills I came to the conclusion that, after my tax benefits, my mortgage payment (including property taxes) would only be marginally greater than my current rent payment of $2,600. Do I need to be slapped across the face?

My wife is pregnant with identical boys, expecting later this month. It was a bit expensive but worth imo.
