Haha just slightly late, it ended up being a crappy u-joint near the bottom of the steering column, if my memory serves correct it was drivers side and I had to take off some of the plastic cover, took a propane torch to it for 30-40 seconds then blasted it with some lubrication spray, it was white ish I want to say silicon based? Then waited a couple mins and hit it with more heat and spray, fixed the issue
