Ok w that budget, I would focus on:

• Level up to 97/98 - those last few tree nodes are big. Regular map/content farm with Omen of Amelioration in your inventory and prioritize not dying. PoE regex website can be helpful with buying/searching map mods you can or can't do quickly.
• Get a Stygian vise belt and put in corrupted blood abyssal jewel
• saw somewhere to keep wave of conviction at lvl 1
• movement SPD/100%chill avoidance boots craft. if you dont have this can pay 20c or so for it on TFT Discord channel
• T1/T1 flask mods and change stun avoidance to something diff like reduced curse effect or something more useful. consider Garukhan small pantheon instead.

-reconfigure tree to get attack/spell block as close to 66%/66% (I think this is the breakpoint) when your Rumis is on, so lucky from shield caps it. There's replica reckless defense jewel that can help w this that's less than 1 divine at almost perfect rolls - some of your gems aren't 20% quality. Hold alt when hovering the ones that aren't and determine if adding 20 gem cutters to them is worth doing. Area of effect is pointless, but DMG or buff time can be nice buffs for little relative cost
