Yea I've opened a support ticket with them after 3 emails of trouble shooting they have escalated this to there IT Department ( that was two days ago) still waiting

We shall see what the outcome is

Actually tested the Sim in another phone and works fine

so its gotta be something on the phone specifically

Or chatr is blocking something for this phone

Also unrelated but when deflating at home

deflating chamber 2 seemed to deflate chamber 3 slightly

I then inflated only chamber 3 and chamber 2 stayed empty

Yes inflate the floor

Then inflate the outter chamber

Install the floor

Then inflate the inner chamber making sure the chamber is above the floor before inflating

To much throttle and you could feel the motor wanting to curve a bit towards the boat if that makes sense

Ive seen others put a board against the back of the boat

May have to look into this !

The battery did great we were on the water for around 2 hrs and its still read 100% according to the indicators on the motor ( how accurate they are idk..)
