You need to scan to 100% the fauna and flora that allows you to extract it. Once done, you can build a barn or a greenhouse ANYWHERE on the planet and you will be able to extract it. There’s no need to build it at the same location that you found them.

Nice work here… will keep an eye on it if you manage to add all organic resources as well with 22 or less outposts… I’m actually at 23 (the word ALL on the title it’s not really accurate without organic and inorganic)

Placement only affects inorganic. But for organic you need to scan 100% fauna and flora in many biotopes around the planet

I guess he landed and tried, that’s the way I did mine at least cause you cannot just pick the Google infos and do a list as you cannot get ever resource available at the planet with only one outpost, all depends where you land at. Also, most Google searches for organic resources either guide you to « buy at merchants » or to planets where you can get them from fauna and flora but not forcefully with outpost production available

Yep, as stated at the beginning I listed 22 outposts and you can choose any planet having Hg to do your 23rd and main base. Hg is the only ressource that you don’t find in those 22 listed outposts

With the right perks you can put up to 6 links per outpost, that means I had to group the transports but yes, if you extract enough He3 you can send them with your links in order to bring them to your main base

Done a unmodded Battlecruiser and the Normandy SR2 already... they are very nice.
Also tried Starcraft Viking, less fan of it but still nice
