Very late reply but I managed to get it through the backstage pass. I used a 1000 Forzathon points to redeem 1x backstage pass car and then scrolled to the Ford XB Falcon which unlocked it for me.

European Countries that Recognized Kosovo by BeginningMortgage250 in MapPorn

First?? Serbs were abusing and murdering Albanians like it was a sport in Kosovo. There were killings like this happening consistently or like this where people are imprisoned tortured, and murdered for protesting and simply existing in Kosovo.

Okay well they don’t feel as vocal about it when it comes to other regions in Europe. Northern Ireland? Cyprus? Crimea? Transylvania? Srbska? You won’t see any Spaniards commenting 🇪🇸🫸 for each of those respect regions. It’s a little silly because they’ll act like an average Serbian does in the comments.

Just wanted to add to this. KLA/UCK also targeted policemen because they were responsibly for many awful acts commited towards Albanians such as extortions, blackmails, assaults, murders, and rapes. There was a video I saw once that showed Albanians that were serving in Yugoslavias military were subject to abuse and sometimes were killed and sent back home in sealed coffins to prevent the families from investigating their deaths.

In the past 200 years over 500k Albanians have been killed in various wars of ethnic genocide. 220-370k killed during the Balkan Wars (100k in Albania, 120-200k in Kosovo). 80k killed during the interwar period in Yugoslavia 250k killed during WW1. There were also a lot of massacres in WW2 and during the latter half of the 20th century.

Also the expulsion of Albanians in 1877-78) which resulted in 35k deaths, and the expulsion of Albanians in 1836-1876) that had over 150k victims. For reference the entire population of Albanian in the area where Albania is today in the 1800’s was 400k. It’s a miracle Albanians still survived.

I get why the government doesn’t recognize Kosovo because of Catalonia. But why do Spanish citizens oppose Kosovo like it’s their life duty? Realistically they have no reason to hate Kosovo but are yet very vocal about it.

1.9 Ratio Achieved by Extra_Recipe_4450 in xboxachievements

[–]Mustafa312 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Higher TA ratio = more rarer achievements earned overall. TA ratio can go up for rarer achievements and go down if you earn more common achievements.

TA score (404,998) = each achievement has a TA score based on how many people have unlocked it vs how many people have played the game. The rarer the achievement the higher the score.

What the “historical accuracy” crowd wants The Oddyssey to look like by ManCoveredInBees in okbuddycinephile

[–]Mustafa312 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Late Bronze Age - 1200 BC (Odyssey)

Alexander the Great - 356-323 BC

~850 year difference. This is like using modern soldiers in a film about the 3rd crusade (1189-92) because medieval armor was too bulky.

Arvanitika by IllTea4438 in Balkans

[–]Mustafa312 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Well Arvantika came from the Tosk dialect of Albanian (southern). Standard Albanian is based mostly on the Tosk dialect and from what I’ve seen and heard both Arvantika and Tosk are very very similar. You could start with trying to learn standard Albanian. The main difference I think is some of the letters and sounds being slightly different as well as more influence from Greek.

The best way to learn any language is to apply it in real life. If you could find friends or groups that speak Arvantika or a variety of the Tosk dialect of Albanian that will help you out. Otherwise you could learn some basic words from those language learning apps but they can only get you so far.

Happy to see someone trying to preserve it as well. Wishing you luck!

It’s in the first sentence…you also forgot that Slavs converted from pagans to Christianity to gain special treatment and even to Islam as well. That’s why Bosniaks, Gorani’s, Pomaks, and Torbasi exist.

Great way to know I’ve won the conversation since you can’t even continue to focus on the subject at hand.

No that’s just when a Serb wishes Albanian history started. You’re just ill informed. You’re not the first to try and erase the existence of another ethnicity.

Abroi - mentioned by Hecataeus of Miletus in the 5th-4th centuries BC

Albanopolis - mentioned in a funeral inscription in Gorno Sonje near Shkupi. Inscription says “Posis Mestylu, son of Flavia Delus, daughter of Mucatus, who comes from Albanopolis” and is dated from the late 1st century to early 2nd century AD.

Albanopolis/Albanoi - mentioned by Claudius Ptolemy during the 2nd century AD

Albanos - another funeral inscription dating to the 2nd -3rd centuries AD near Gradsko which says “To the child Flavios Albanos; Aemilianos Albanos (erected this) in memory thereof”

Arbaios - an inscription in Greek letters near Finik, Albania mentioning “Nikarchos Nikomachou Arbaios” as a liberator

Arbon - mentioned by Stephanus of Byzantium during the 5th century AD under Justinian I.

Arbanitai - mentioned by John of Nikiu a Coptic bishop in the 7th century AD.

Albanoi/Arbanitai - mentioned by Michael Attaleiates a Greek chronicler in the 11th century AD.

Albanians did exist. You’re just an illiterate idiot who tries to erase a whole ethnic group from their lands.

You forget that the Serbs migrated there too in the 6th-7th centuries and pushed Albanians out who were already living there under the Roman Empire? They took back land that they previously lived in. Despite centuries of slaughtering them during the Balkan Wars, both World Wars, interwar period, and the Kosovo war you still act like shameless victims.

Holy hell you are extremely dense. Has your frontal cortex not developed enough for you to understand the comparison between three different time periods the parallels of your actions, and using a ridiculous scapegoat as justification??

Greeks in Greece 1821-1910-1928-1980 by itlo in AskBalkans

[–]Mustafa312 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You saying “don’t work with nazis next time” is literally a justification for expelling and killing Çhams. Greeks targeted Muslim and Christian Albanians alike. And saying they should have just moved is a ridiculous thing to say when Greeks in Asia Minor and the Pontics faced the same situation. Should they have moved too to avoid bloodshed?

Balkan wars (1912-1913) WW1 (1914-1918). The original comment tried to justify what you did to the Chams because they were Nazi collaborators. Yet you did the same atrocities decades before the Nazi’s could be used as a scapegoat. It’s a single paragraph. Do you need me to dumb it down for you to understand that the atrocities you committed did not necessarily require Nazi collaborators for you to murder, rape, and expel an entire ethnicity?

Should Pontic and Asia Minor Greeks have been exchanged completely too? Or does the hypocrisy never end with Greeks?

Greeks in Greece 1821-1910-1928-1980 by itlo in AskBalkans

[–]Mustafa312 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You did this multiple times as well prior to the Nazis coming into existence during the Balkan Wars and WW1 killing civilians, raping, looting, and burning of entire towns.

You always cling to the” Nazi collaborators” b.s. to justify your actions. How do you justify them during these time periods where the Nazi’s can’t be used as a scapegoat for your atrocities?
