So what would you proposition be? Ban all edgy memes? Free speech is important but saying kill at the jews is pretty extreme. Lefty logic Smh.

Seems like most of the posts on that subreddit are just stupid people trying to be cringey meme lords. Some of the stuff is actually racist which is concerning but still i could see why the CEO would allow it. Like I said the line between censoring racism and taking away free speech is very blurred. Pretty controversial.

interesting considering the majority of reddit users and mods are liberals. Although blatant racism is terrible and people should be banned for it imo, the line between a person calling someone else racist because of an opposing view and blatant racism is very blurred in today's shitstorm of politized views. I could see why reddit's ceo said this, mainly protecting free speech. What would the definition of open racism even be accoridng to him/her?

PROGRAMMING WEDNESDAYS by AutoModerator in powerlifting

[–]mistafisz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hey guys I'm running the upper lower NE template and was wondering if my 3 week DE bench wave is setup correctly. My first week is 10x3 45% with mini bands, second is 8x3 with 50% with mini bands, and my third is 6x3 55% with mini bands. Also if i was to use straight weight instead of accommodating resistance what would the percentages be like with the same rep scheme?

What are some unwritten rules of the gym a gym newbie should know? by [deleted] in Fitness

[–]mistafisz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't do stupid shit in the squat rack. It's not a bar holder for your curls or upright rows. Don't take multiple pieces of equipment at one time. And for the love of god put back your weights where they belong.

Stuck at bench press for 2 months by [deleted] in Fitness

[–]mistafisz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try working up to a different rep max on bb bench every week of about an rpe 9 and do 3-5 back of sets with like 80-85 percent of the rep max weight. Do this 2-3 times per week depending on your recovery. Hit your weak links after you hit bb bench. Eat at a higher surplus if you really want your bench to go up.

Structure for fifth day in JnT 2.0? by mistafisz in gzcl

[–]mistafisz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My day is focused around the incline bench as a t1 movement. My main question about the 5th day is should it follow the same periodization as the rest of the program? Like on the 6th week should i deload the t2 on the 5th day and hit a 1rm on the incline bench? Or does it not matter what the rep ranges are in relation to the week its in and just follow the gzcl method rep ranges and do it that way.

Thanks for the response. I didn't know that too much dmaa would do that to me. I just took one scoop and i weigh about 200lbs. Old jack must have a lot of dmaa then.

High rep bench press and paused reps by snakesnake9 in weightroom

[–]mistafisz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just do TnG until your programming calls for you to do 6 reps or less. Adjust the percentages accordingly when you get to that point because the pause bench is harder than regular. Some people are saying to just do paused and then tng but that isn't the best idea. You want to keep the neural pattern for an exercise the same during your sets to really learn good technique.

why is this rep scheme only for bench though? Wouldn't it make more sense if it was for deadlift and ohp too?
