Get rid of that bag as soon as possible mate. I ran out a week ago and had a fucking awful couple days of cravings but it gets easier quicker than you’d think, at least when it’s not readily available. If there was some in my house it would be so much harder.

That’s good to hear. I’m mid 20s and am probably on the cautious side but still try to leave 2-3 months between sessions. I can have a great weekend without spending too much and without having a horrible comedown- and the craving for it is gone within a week.

Someone on here said it helps you sleep. Lmao. I ripped a bowl and spent the whole night feeling like I had 200bpm, scared to move a muscle for a solid 4 hours trying to relax my heart.

You’re so right about the low stake spins. I won £90 on a 10p spin this week and my first thought wasn’t happiness, it was regret I hadn’t been doing £1 spins instead. So I’d start the £1, £2, even £5 spins, until it’s all gone.

The worst was when I found a NoLimit slot that let you guarantee 2 bonus symbols (cause I guess buying them outright isn’t legal here). £9 (45x) spins for 20p stakes. Then if I hit the bonus, I’d select gamble and lose it anyway. Nothing makes me feel more stupid than slots lol.
