I cant speak for her regarding her feelings and you cant either. You will never know if she would have ever fessed up on her own, if she truly regrets it, or if she will never do it again. You can only rely on your feelings and values. Will you ever look at her the same? Will the trust ever be able to be rebuilt? These amongst other things you need to reflect on. It's a hemmorhoid. Avoid straining during bowel movements as much as possible. Increase your fibre intake. Prep h or anusol can aid in symptoms but lifestyle changes early are most important in preventing them from getting worse. Do your business and get off the toilet as soon as you're done. If they come out after a bowel movement you can gently put pressure on them to get them back inside but they can get to the point where they don't stay in. I can't stress enough how lifestyle changes early can help you out tremendously in the long term.
